Santiago Basket Titanes Dorado (Mitchell Cup) inked 24-year old 188cm guard Oliver Garcia for upcoming season. Garcia has played for the last years at Plaza in the Santiago League. In 15 games he averaged impressive Score-1 (30.1ppg), 4.1rpg, Assists-2 (5.6apg) and 2.7spg last season. Garcia was later voted to Latinbasket.com All-Dominican Rep. Santiago League 2nd Team.

Garcia is no stranger to the United Cup (formerly know as Mitchell Cup). This will be his 6th season in the international cup. Last season he was named LatinBasket.com All-United Cup Guard of the Year while averaging just under 20 points per game.

He won Dominican Republic LNB championship title in 2019.
